UNDER THE INFLUENCE
The following is the result of six months of intense army training.
Don't underestimate the influence of our military.
normal children upon Ryan's return home
children after an hour with their uncle
I don't know about you, but I feel safer knowing he's defending our country.
SIBLING TIME IS HAPPY TIME?
I don't get together with my brother and sister too often, mostly because up until recently, we all lived in different states. Now that my sister lives near my brother in Pennsylvania, I am practically giddy about getting to have my photo taken with them more often. Giddy, that's what I am. Is it obvious that I am the middle child? Didn't think so.
I can't stand boring, posed pictures, so I suggested the cheek shot.
My brother has never followed directions. He is a chef after all.
Then there was the shot where everybody was supposed to move around and land someplace different--kind of like a Chinese fire drill. That did not go all that well either. Notice my brother maintained his position--as did all the guys.
Then the brother got downright goofy on us.
So, why not? I'm a good sport.
Perhaps Patty is a better sport. Indeed.
Eventually, we got a shot that we all looked somewhat normal.
Somewhat being the operative word.
